On the night of May 14, his daughter-in-law had gone to her maternal home, Kanker. Only mother and son were at home that night. Both ate food and went to sleep. The mother got up late at night and reached the son’s room with a sickle. Putting a stone on his heart, he attacked his sleeping son and killed him. Went to the police station in the morning and lodged a report of the son’s murder with the police. When the police investigated the matter, the matter came to light.
