Wrote in the memorandum that, Councilor Ishwar Dewangan wrote a letter to the CMO and the Municipal President regarding the demand of providing basic facilities. In the letter, Dewangan has demanded that the issue of pension and family assistance in the city was assured to be resolved within a week for the last three years. While pending construction, maintenance of public places, meeting of General Assembly, pension of about 400 beneficiaries of the area, National Family Assistance, case of renaming deliberately kept pending, cleanliness system not taken care of and garbage piled up in intersections, drains. sewage flowing on the roads, no regular collection of garbage, no checking of substandard construction works and no efforts to control mosquitoes.
