Here the girl who had gone to the Nerli fair was found in an unconscious condition by her family members. After this, the family admitted the minor to the hospital on Friday after he complained of stomach pain on regaining consciousness. Here the doctors informed the police about the possibility of incest with the minor. During interrogation, the minor said that an unknown youth had committed incest by taking advantage of the darkness of the night. The case is of Bacheli police station area.
The victim minor told the police that on Tuesday night she had gone to see the fair with her friend. Here he consumed drugs, after which the friend went somewhere. Some unknown youth took the victim in the dark and raped her and left her there. In the morning, the relatives took the minor home in an unconscious state, where he complained of stomach pain. The matter came to light on arrival at the hospital. After this, the police registered a case under section 376 and started investigation. At the same time, the medical examination of the minor is being done. Along with this, the unknown accused is also being traced.
