Ambikapur. Police have recovered 85 kg of ganja from a car from Darima Chowk in Ambikapur district of Chhattisgarh. The value of the seized ganja has been estimated by the police at lakhs of rupees. The accused fled from the scene but the police have arrested them.
According to the information received, the police received information that ganja was being brought in a car. After which the police laid siege and succeeded in capturing the car. During the investigation, the police recovered 85 kg of ganja, the value of which was estimated at Rs 16 lakh 40 thousand. The police patrolled and arrested the absconding accused. A case has been registered against the accused under ADPS Act and they have been sent to jail.
