According to the information received, the elderly victim told the police that while she was sleeping, she felt some movement on her body late at night. When she woke up, she saw that a man from the same neighborhood was present near her and was caressing her body. When the woman stopped him from doing so, he threatened to kill her and raped her. The woman informed her family about the incident. The victim along with her family reached the police station and lodged a complaint. The police registered a complaint and arrested the accused youth. The matter is of Lormi police station area.
Police said that the name of the accused youth is Bablu Tandon, father Shyam Tandon. He is a resident of village God Khamhi. It is being told that late on Sunday night, a young man entered the house and started forcing himself on a woman who was sleeping at home. Raped the woman by threatening to kill her if she protested. After this the woman informed her family about the incident. The police found the accused hiding in a barn in the village itself.
