Let me tell you, on May 21, the deceased youth had gone to a relative’s house in Temrupara, Kondagaon, along with his two wives for a wedding. After this, he returned to his house at night the same day, when the accused wife murdered him, then his son Amritdas was sleeping in his room. The deceased Sukrudas lived together with his third wife Jagbati Suryavanshi and son.
The son wanted to leave the house, then why could not he leave?
When the sound of screaming and shouting came from the house, the uncle living in the neighborhood reached the spot, the son had also woken up after hearing the screams of Sukrudas. At the time of the incident, the son tried to get out of the room, but the door was locked from outside. It was around 4:30 in the morning, so most of the people around were sleeping. But when the young man’s uncle reached home, he opened the door of the room. After which both went to Sukrudas’s room. Here he saw that the young man was lying on the bed in an injured state. He was taken for treatment before he died.

After arguing for some time, the matter was settled. But the wife was angry with the husband about something. That’s why at around 4:30 in the morning when the husband was in a deep sleep, she locked the son in the room and attacked the husband with an axe.
