The arrested accused include 52-year-old Jeevan Kamde Sakin Tikri Para Chhuikhadan district Khairagarh and 57-year-old Sitaram Patel Sakin Padhi district Kabirdham. The case is of Pandariya police station area.

According to the police, on March 17, the victim Darshan Patel and his associates submitted a written application and lodged a report that in the year 2021, accused Jeevan Kamde and Sitaram Patel had demanded Rs 1, By paying Rs 20,000-1,20,000, they took a total of Rs 8,40,000 and did not provide jobs, and fraud has been committed by not returning the money. On this crime no.75/23 Section 420, 34 Bhadvi was taken into consideration in police station Pandariya. After this, the police formed a team and caught the accused Sitaram Patel from village Padhi. The team was sent to Chhuikhadan district Khairagarh to trace the main accused of the case, Jeevan Kamde. The police team caught the accused at night while coming to his house and was taken into custody and brought to Pandariya police station. After confessing to the crime during interrogation, both the accused were arrested and sent to jail on judicial remand.
