After a complaint against the woman who took out the loan, the police took action and sent her to jail. But the problems of the poor women of the village have increased due to non-refund of the women’s money.
The victimized women told that, on the pretext of connecting the women in the self-help group in the village, husband Devraj Pal, Ashapal of the village, colluded with the banking loan company and took out a loan in the name of the victimized women and used it himself. By duping the women, the accused woman used to pay the loan installment herself in the beginning. But later he stopped the payments. The victimized women told that Asha Pal eloped with her husband Devraj Pal after withdrawing Rs 8 to 9 lakhs from the names of 21 women of the village.
Sent the accused woman to jail, but the money has not been returned yet
After complaining in the police station, a case was registered against the accused woman and she was sent to jail. But now she has been released on bail but till now the money of the victims has not been returned. Women said that after the loan was fraudulent, due to non-payment of its installment, now private banks and finance companies are coming to the house to pressurize them to return the amount, due to which the family is facing quarrels and problems. Is.
The collector assured in the meeting that the property will be attached
After narrating the incident to the journalists of the victim women, Collector Gopal Verma met them at the collectorate office and gave complete information about the matter. In view of the problems and seriousness of the women, Collector Verma while giving instructions to take action against the accused Ashapal in the chit fund case, directed to start the process of getting back the money of the victimized women by attaching the property of the accused. The women told that the financing companies are reaching their homes daily. The Collector said that efforts will be made to provide relief to the victimized women by taking appropriate action in the matter.
