Under Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Abhiyan, a team of 15 members of Gujarat Police from various districts has come on a tour of Chhattisgarh to understand the culture and method of policing of each other state. On Friday, this team of Gujarat Police has come on a tour of Gorela-Pendra-Marwahi district via Bilaspur, Ratanpur, Champa, Sakti, Raigarh.
SDOP Ashok Wadegaonkar told that as per the instructions of Bilaspur IG, under Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat, police of two states have come to know each other’s culture by staying with each other. How the residents of this place live, what is the uniform of the police, what are the tourist places, all these things were given to the soldiers of the Gujarat Police. On the other hand, the team from Gujarat explained the functions and methods of functioning of the local police.
