CM’s big announcement for Bhilai residents: Township and those living on BSP land will also get the benefit of ‘Electricity Bill Half’ scheme

Raipur. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel made several big announcements for the development of the area in his meet-meet program organized at Mohan Lal Jain Government College premises, Khursipar in Bhilai Nagar assembly constituency. He said that a proposal will be brought in the next cabinet meeting to provide the benefit of electricity bill half scheme to the residents of township area and those whose houses are built on BSP land. Till now the people of these areas were not getting the benefit of Half Electricity Bill Scheme.

The Chief Minister also made several big announcements for providing employment to the youth in Bhilai. He said that a garment factory would be started to provide employment to one thousand women. For this, an amount of Rs 7 crore is approved. BPO call center will be started. 500 youths will get employment in this. For this, an amount of Rs 5 crore is approved. The children of Bhilai remain ahead in sports as well. An amount of Rs 1.5 crore is approved for the construction of cricket stadium in HUDCO and Rs 3 crore for the construction of Sarva Samaj Nagrik Bhawan.

New trades will start in Khursipar ITI

The Chief Minister said that the Government ITI located at Khursipar will be operated under Swami Atmanand Utsaksh ITI. New trades will be started here. The Chief Minister said that development works worth Rs 50 lakh will be done in each ward under Bhilai Nagar assembly constituency. He made proper arrangement of lighting under Bhilai Nagar Vidhansabha, beautification of Civic Center, installation and beautification of statue of Chhattisgarh Mahtari under Bhilai Nagar Vidhansabha, construction of Sports Academy in Bhilai Nagar Vidhansabha, higher secondary school located in Sector-09 under Bhilai Nagar Vidhansabha. He announced to run the school as Swami Atmanand English Medium School and conduct tests regarding waiving of water tax for those houses which had tap connection and could not get water supply from the year 2013 to 2019. District in-charge minister Mr. Mohammad Akbar and MLA Mr. Devendra Yadav and other public representatives were present on this occasion.

Yagini Dewangan, a student of Swami Atmanand School, Sector-6, informed the Chief Minister about her school in fluent English. He thanked the Chief Minister for the well-equipped school and quality education. The Chief Minister asked Ragini about Swami Atmanand, in response to which the Chief Minister gave information about Swami Atmanand’s personality and work. The Chief Minister said that we want that the children of poor families should also study in English medium. MP Vishwakarma told that he is getting the benefit of half electricity bill scheme every month, money is being saved. He thanked the Chief Minister for this scheme.

Ram Avtar wants to fulfill his dream of buying a car by selling cow dung. He said that if his complete cow dung is bought daily, he will soon fulfill his dream.
