Jagdalpur. A child died after falling from the roof of a 5-storey building in Jagdalpur district of Chhattisgarh. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police reached the spot and got involved in the investigation. The case pertains to Housing Board Colony located in Lalbagh under Kotwali police station area.
Kite was flying on the roof.
According to the information received, the child was flying a kite on the roof of the house. During this, his foot slipped and he fell from the roof. As soon as the relatives saw the child falling, they immediately took him to Maharani Hospital, where the doctor declared the child brought dead. At present, the police have sent the dead body of the child for postmortem after establishing a morgue and have started taking further action.
