Nagpur Police has taken 3 people into custody from Janakpur in the district after receiving the complaint of the case. Police has taken them to Nagpur for questioning.

According to the Nagpur police, Vicky Jagwani, a resident of Janakpur, had bought a child from Shweta Khan, the head of the child trafficking gang. Gang chief and Janakpur resident Vicky Jagwani, his wife Pinky Jagwani and sister Pinky Wadhwani, along with others, have been booked at Ambajhari police station in ’s Nagpur. After the complaint lodged in the police station, Police reached Janakpur on Friday morning and caught 3 people and took them to Nagpur. In further enquiry, the involvement of many people in this episode is being suspected.
