Bilaspur. The new Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court Ramesh Sinha will take oath on Wednesday at the Raj Bhavan in capital Raipur. Governor Vishwabhushan Harichandan will administer the oath of office.
Let us inform that, on February 9 itself, the Supreme Court Collegium had recommended the appointment of Justice Ramesh Sinha, senior judge of the Allahabad High Court, as the Chief Justice for the appointment to the vacant post after the retirement of High Court Chief Justice Arup Kumar Goswami. Appointment orders have been issued three days back.
