Palari. The police have arrested two accused who robbed and murdered an elderly person by blocking his way in Palari in Balodabazar district of Chhattisgarh. The accused first blocked the way and beat up the elderly person and then robbed and murdered him.
According to the information received, the deceased Bisahu Ram Dhruv was a resident of village Bhawanipur, whom the accused youth Birendra and Mukesh Ratre forcibly stopped on the way and started abusing him. When the deceased protested, both the youths started beating the old man. The old man became half dead due to the fight and the accused ran away leaving him. After which he died, Palari police registered section 341,394,307,302,34 of Indian Penal Code against the accused and arrested the accused and sent him to jail on judicial remand.
