This notice has been issued on the instructions of Congress Committee State President Deepak Baij. Actually, the telephonic audio regarding ticket distribution has gone viral on social media. In which the names of the mayor and former Congress MLA have surfaced.

Let us tell you that after issuing the show cause notice, the General Secretary has been asked to respond in writing within 24 hours. The organization has categorized the alleged audio clip viral on social media as indiscipline. Talks were taking place between Bilaspur Municipal Corporation Mayor Ramsharan Yadav and former Congress MLA Arun Tiwari regarding ticket distribution.
