Raipur. The Chhattisgarh Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert regarding the weather in the state. It is expected that a heat wave-like situation may occur in one or two pockets in Mungeli, Janjgir-Champa and Raigarh districts of the state.
There was drizzle in the morning on the first day of Navtapa
Even before Navtapa, there was severe heat in Chhattisgarh. On Thursday, the first day of Navtapa, possibilities of heavy rain are being expressed in the state. On the other hand, the temperature of the cities was also above normal on Wednesday, in which Mungeli recorded the highest temperature of 45 degrees. While it was 44.5 degrees in Raigad, 44.4 degrees in Janjgir, 43.7 degrees in Baloda Bazar, 43.2 degrees in Durg, 43 degrees in Rajnandgaon and 43 degrees in capital Raipur.
