Raipur. Millet Carnival will be organized under the joint aegis of Immunomillet, Agrivision and nourishmi Chhattisgarh at Magneto Mall Raipur on 16-17 September. There will be a special Millet Food Court in this carnival, where common citizens will be able to taste the delicious dishes of Millet, along with which information related to the health benefits of Millet will be disseminated to the common people.
The objective of the Millet Carnival is to include millet in people’s daily diet and to create public awareness about its nutritional value. The carnival will also feature expert discussions by agriculture students and founder of Immunomillet, Kavitha Nadimpalli, to share the characteristics of millets with the participants and visitors. A poster competition will be organized on the theme of millets in the carnival, in which millets and Posters will be invited from the participants on the theme of Chalo, Millets Diversity, Millets for Good Health. In the Millet Carnival, food producing farmers doing excellent work in the field of agriculture and young entrepreneurs doing entrepreneurship by taking agricultural education will also be honoured.
