Bilasupar. Former Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh has got a big relief from the High Court. The High Court has dismissed the petition of Congress leader Vinod Tiwari. The High Court held that the petition was not maintainable. Please tell that this petition was filed regarding the demand of investigation of the property of former CM Raman Singh.
It was said in the petition that wrong information has been given in the affidavit given by the former CM regarding the property till 2008, 2013 and 2018. The petitioner had demanded a CBI inquiry in the matter. The matter was taken up in the Division Bench of Justice Gautam Bhaduri.
