Amit Gupta/Raigarh- Dacoits have committed a robbery of Rs 7 crore in Axis Bank located in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. If the dacoits entered the bank despite the presence of guards, then how did they enter?
Let us tell you, the dacoits had come in different bikes. As soon as the bank opened, the dacoits pushed the guard and entered inside the bank and locked the customers present in the bank in a room. A dacoit took out a pistol and took the locker key from the bank manager. When he refused, he stabbed him twice in the thigh with a knife. After injuring the manager, the dacoits took the keys and fled with gold and cash from the locker.
Absconded with money in three airbags…
The dacoits had filled money and gold in three big airbags. After this incident, in the CCTV footage, the dacoits are seen fleeing in a bike with three airbags. Police have made the picture of the dacoits viral on the basis of CCTV footage. The dacoits fled from Dhimrapur Road after the incident. After the incident, the police has issued an alert in all the nearby police stations. Along with Raigarh, Jashpur, Shakti, Korba and Orissa police have also been instructed to impose blockade on the basis of the appearance of the accused.
Dog squad was also called for investigation…
After the incident, DIG Ramgopal Garg, SP Sadanand Kumar, Cyber Cell and FSL team have reached the spot. Dog squad has also been called for investigation. Till now, complete information about the amount involved in the robbery has not been received. But the robbery involved more than Rs 7 crore. Which includes cash as well as gold kept in the bank’s safe. SP has confirmed that around 5 to 6 people were involved in the incident. In which three people were inside the bank while the rest were doing recce from outside. Police are talking about investigation in the matter. DIG has formed 6 different teams for investigation.
