He was returning home with the medicine when he found three bullet-ridden youths on the way who demanded Rs.20 for a cigarette. On Sujit’s refusal, bullet-riding youths opened fire on him. The bullet hit Sujit’s thigh and he was injured. After that all the three miscreants fled.

Shoot criminals absconded

After getting information about this incident, there is an atmosphere of chaos in Sujit’s family. The injured youth Sujit was taken to Sadar Hospital by the local people. Where X-ray of Sujit’s leg could not be done due to no electricity, after which he was admitted to a private clinic by the family members. His investigation is going on there. A close friend of the injured Sujit told that Sujit’s condition is still worrying. Police is engaged in the investigation of the incident.

Station Chief of Sadar Police Station Sudhakar Kumar said that the entire matter is being investigated, whoever is involved in this crime will be arrested as soon as possible. According to the information, the injured Sujit Kumar is a resident of ward number 6 of Siradepatti village of Sadar police station area. Sujit had gone to Bharrahi Chowk from home to take medicine on Sunday evening. The incident happened while returning after taking the medicine. Manish, a close associate of Sujit, told that the three criminals were already present at the tea shop. When Sujit was going back with the medicine, the miscreants stopped him and demanded Rs.20 for a cigarette. On Sujit’s refusal, the miscreants opened fire on him, injuring Sujit completely.
