World Cup Final : India has to face defeat from Australia in the final of World Cup 2023. The Australian team has won the World Cup 2023 title by defeating India by six wickets. Whereas, Team India reached the finals by winning 10 consecutive matches. After this defeat, all the Indian players looked disappointed. Captain Rohit Sharma and Mohammad Siraj could not even control their tears. When tears came to Mohammed Siraj’s eyes, Jasprit Bumrah hushed them.
According to media reports, Team India captain Rohit Sharma gave his reaction after the defeat in the final. He admitted that India could not bat well on the difficult pitch of Narendra Modi Stadium. It was a difficult pitch for the final as it looked ‘very, very dry’. When he was asked about the team’s defeat, he said that the result was not favorable for us. Today we did not play as well as we expected. The team tried its best, but it was not our luck. It would have been good if we had scored 20-30 more runs. KL and Kohli were having a good partnership and we were looking at a score of 270-280. But, our wickets kept falling. When you have 240 runs on the board, you want to take wickets, but credit to Head and Labuschagne for taking us out of the game, but I think the wicket got a little better to bat on on the night. He also said that he does not want to use this as an excuse. We did not score as many runs as we should have scored for the final match. He also said that he is proud of his team.
