Most women cabinet ministers in Europe and America
The IPU report shows that by January 1, 2023, women represent 22.8% of cabinet ministers (Percentage of women in parliament). Women have the highest share in cabinets in Europe and North America at 31.6 percent, followed by Latin America and the Caribbean at 30.1 percent. If we talk about other fields, the representation of women is very less. Women represent 10.1 percent in Central and Southern Asia and 8.1 percent in Oceania, excluding Australia and New Zealand. There are only 13 countries where the number of women in the cabinet is above 50 percent or more. The special thing is that most of these 13 countries are in Europe.

Another IPU report states that the number of women representatives in India is around 12 percent. India is ranked 150th in this list. Talking about Pakistan, at that time it was at number 101.
