Telangana Election2023: Congress on Friday released its manifesto for the Telangana assembly elections to be held on November 30. In its manifesto, the party promised to give six guarantees to the people of the state. Congress has named the six guarantees as ‘Abhay Hastam’. Now BJP and BRS have taken a dig at the manifesto of Congress. BJP leader and Union Minister G Kishan Reddy said that the people of Telangana are laughing after seeing the Congress manifesto. At the same time, BRS said that looking at the manifesto of Congress, it seems that Congress does not have any vision.

G Kishan Reddy taunted

On the Congress manifesto released for the Telangana Assembly elections, BJP state unit president and Union Minister G Kishan Reddy said that the people of Telangana are laughing after seeing the manifesto. Congress has never fulfilled the promises made in its manifesto. He has not done this in Karnataka, he had promised to give five guarantees there too, but did not fulfill it. The BJP leader said that Congress leaders give impractical and false guarantees, adding that the people of Telangana are intelligent and are not taking this manifesto seriously.

‘Congress has no vision’

Speaking to the media, Telangana State Home Minister and BRS leader Mohammed Mahmood Ali on the Congress manifesto said, you can compare the work done by us in the last 9 years and 4 months and the work done by the Congress in the last 50 years. KCR is a great leader and he has a vision, what vision does Congress have? The manifesto of Congress is a manifesto of lies.

Congress made these promises in the manifesto

In its manifesto, Congress has promised monthly financial assistance of Rs 2,500 to women under the ‘Mahalakshmi’ scheme, gas cylinder for Rs 500 and free travel for women in TSRTC buses across the state, financial assistance of Rs 15,000 per acre to farmers, Rs 15,000 per acre to agricultural workers. Many tempting promises have been made, including Rs 12,000 per year, as well as a bonus of Rs 500 per quintal of paddy under ‘Rythu Bharosa’.
