The Supreme Court has done the work of giving relief to Congress leader Pawan Kheda. The SC, while hearing the petition related to the arrest of Kheda, has stayed his arrest. Assam Police’s counsel tells SC that Pawan Khera has been arrested. He will be produced in court for transit remand. A few hours later, the Supreme Court granted bail to Kheda. Kheda will have to apply for regular bail. SC has granted interim bail to Kheda from Dwarka Court till the next hearing.

According to sources, Pawan Khera has 15 cases registered in 15 districts of Assam for his remarks on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s father. The Supreme Court has agreed for an immediate hearing on this. There will be a hearing on this at 3 pm.
