Rahul Gandhi: Going back to the history of the Indian Parliament, a similar case had come to the fore in 1976, in which Rajya Sabha member Subramanian Swamy was thrown out of the house for making objectionable comments regarding the country. Now the clouds are hovering over Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s parliament. Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju says that Rahul insulted Indian democracy in London, due to which the MP should be snatched.

According to media reports, Rahul Gandhi is alleged to have commented on India’s Parliament and democracy at Cambridge University in London. Regarding that remark, the BJP Parliament and many leaders want him to apologize for his statement. But, Rahul Gandhi is constantly seen shying away from this.

Regarding the comment made on India, Law Minister Kiren Rijiju first surrounded this controversial statement of Rahul. After this, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey tightened his grip on Rahul and said that he proposed to form a special committee against Gandhi. Said that due to this, a cloud of threats is seen hovering over Rahul’s Lok Sabha membership.

At the same time, talked about setting up a special committee to expel him from the House.

Dubey claimed that Congress senior leader and MP Rahul Gandhi has violated three privileges of speech through his speech in the motion of thanks on the President’s address.
