Weather patterns are constantly changing across the country. The cold is increasing from Delhi-NCR to UP-Bihar, while on the other hand, the process of rain is continuing in the states of South India. Due to the snowfall in the mountainous region, the cold has started increasing in Delhi including Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand. In the coming days, conditions like cold wave may soon develop.
At the same time, the temperature of the capital Delhi continues to fall and the pollution level also remains bad. It recorded the coldest morning of the season today with a minimum temperature of 8.9 degree Celsius. According to the Meteorological Department, there may be a change in the weather in the next four days. The temperature can reach up to 3 degrees during these days. Due to this, the winter of Delhi will increase rapidly.
According to IMD, the mercury of Delhi-NCR may fall below 10 degrees. There is a possibility of snowfall in many areas of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand today. Here in some places the mercury has gone below zero. On the other hand, the Meteorological Department has predicted a drop of about 2 degree Celsius in the temperature in parts of North India and Central India today.
Apart from this, today i.e. on November 22, there is a possibility of heavy rains in many areas of South India including Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Rayalaseema. According to Skymet Weather, the low air pressure over southwest Bay of Bengal has moved in northwest direction with a speed of about 12 kmph during last few hours. By November 22, it may turn into a deep low pressure area. Not only this, a cyclonic circulation is also seen over Kerala and adjoining areas. A fresh cyclonic circulation is very likely to form over North Andaman Sea around 24 November.
