All the parties are campaigning heavily before the Gujarat Assembly elections. Fire brand leaders of BJP are also engaged in this episode. At the same time, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Chief Arvind Kejriwal is also seeking votes for the candidates of different assembly seats in Gujarat. This is the first election rally of PM Modi (PM Modi Rally In Gujarat) on the holy land of Saurashtra and Somnath.
During the election campaign, PM Modi offered prayers at the Somnath temple. After a public rally in Gujarat’s Veraval, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today reached Dhoraji to address another campaign rally. Where he said that this is my first election rally on the holy land of Saurashtra and Somnath. The desert of Kutch used to be a problem for us. We converted the desert of Kutch into a gateway to Gujarat.
PM Modi also listed the achievements of the Gujarat government during the rally. PM Modi said that earlier people did not even get basic facilities like water. But today water has reached far-flung villages through various schemes. Earlier, women had to go far and wide to fetch water, but through the Nal Jal Yojana, we have provided water to every household. So today the life of women has changed through Ujjwala Yojana.
The PM further said that as a result of our joint efforts of two decades, BJP is continuously getting the blessings of the people. My Gujarat is buzzing with the enthusiasm and passion of Gujaratis as well as manufacturing, exporting and investing. Your blessings are important to me. Citizens of Gujarat, Citizens of Kutch-Kathiawad, you are my teacher and you have trained me. That’s why your blessings are important to me.
Not only this, the PM said that today arrangements have been made for clean drinking water in 14000 villages and about 250 cities. Today the result is that tap water has reached every house in Gujarat. With the modernity of the world, Gujarat was the first state to envision a world village. There was a time when we lived in a situation where there was communal strife in Gujarat. We have given the country from Gujarat to the communal fire.
