Amrit Pal Singh: Khalistani supporter and Waris Punjab De chief Amritpal Singh’s 11 associates have been sent to judicial custody for 14 days. The Punjab Police had produced him in the court of Baba Bakala on Thursday afternoon amid heavy security. Here the court has sent all the 11 accused to judicial custody. In Amritsar, Shukrguzar Singh, the counsel for the accused, said that in a case related to Amritpal Singh, the Baba Bakala Court has sent 11 accused to judicial custody for 14 days.

The police had arrested all these 11 companions on the charges of possessing and taking care of Amritpal Singh’s illegal weapons. After this, the court has sent all the 11 accused to judicial custody for 14 days. These include Harminder Singh, Gurveer Singh, Ajaypal Singh, Baljinder Singh, Amandeep Singh, Swarit Gurlal Singh, Gurpreet Singh, Bhupinder Singh, Sukhmanpreet Singh and Harpreet Singh.

Let us tell you that the Punjab Police is continuously taking action against Khalistani supporter and Waris Punjab De chief Amritpal Singh. Amritpal Singh is out of the custody of the police for the last five days. The police is continuously raiding to catch the fugitive Amritpal and at the same time taking his associates into custody. Police had arrested seven associates of Amritpal Singh on Saturday. All of them were caught with illegal weapons on March 18. The police have registered an FIR against the seven under the Arms Act. Along with this, Amritpal Singh is the main accused in the police FIR.

It may be noted that the Punjab Police is continuously taking action against the supporters and collaborators of pro-Khalistan Amritpal. High alert continues in Punjab, Section 144 is applicable in many districts. Along with this, internet service has also been restored in many districts. Amritpal is constantly changing his disguise to escape from the police. On the other hand, it is believed that Amritpal Singh is still hiding somewhere in Punjab.
