Acharya Pramod Krishnam: Congress leader Acharya Pramod Krishnam has criticized many leaders of his own party on Monday i.e. today. He said that some members of the party have a dislike for Lord Ram and oppose the inclusion of any saint or guru of Hindu religion in the party. He said that one who hates Ram cannot be a Hindu. Pramod Krishnam said that the whole world knows about the efforts that have been made to stop the Ram temple.
Pramod Krishnam said- India alliance has deviated from its purpose
Pramod Krishnam said that it seems that the India Alliance, which was initially formed to oust the Bharatiya Janata Party from power, has deviated from its original objective. She said that instead of focusing on opposing Prime Minister Narendra Modi, it has shifted towards harboring hostility towards the country and its cultural heritage. The Congress leader further said that just because you are in a political party does not mean that you cannot speak the truth or recognize lies. Being in Congress does not mean that you are against Hindus. Is it okay to talk about India, our ancient traditions (Sanatan Dharm) and show love for the country only if you support BJP.
If we are not part of BJP then can we not speak the truth or talk about our traditional values. This is not about BJP vs Congress. It is about keeping the culture and traditions of India alive. When we think about India or our democratic system, we cannot ignore the importance of Lord Ram and our ancient traditions.
Told Priyanka Gandhi the face of PM
Pramod Krishnam said that Congress has no identity without the Gandhi family. The entire opposition and the India alliance have no other leader more popular than Priyanka Gandhi. If Congress wants to give a tough fight to Narendra Modi, then Priyanka Gandhi should be made the PM candidate. This is not the first time that Krishnam has demanded to make Priyanka Gandhi Vadra the PM candidate.
In January 2019, Priyanka formally joined active politics and was appointed Congress general secretary for eastern Uttar Pradesh. There was speculation that he would contest the general elections from Varanasi against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, but later the Congress has now fielded state unit chief Ajay Rai. At present Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is the AICC General Secretary.
