74th Republic Day: Air strike may happen in Mumbai, declared no flying zone, Delhi Police also alert

An alert has been issued regarding the terrorist attack in Mumbai on the 74th Republic Day. Anticipating an airstrike at Shivaji Park, Dadar, Mumbai police have declared the area as a no-flying zone. According to media reports, the Mumbai Police has received such inputs that it has been said that on January 26, there may be air strikes on Shivaji Park in the state. Acting on inputs, Mumbai Police has increased the security of the city.

No Flying Zone has been declared there during the Republic Day celebrations. Apart from this, in view of Republic Day Celebration in the capital Delhi, the Delhi Police has banned the flight of sub-conventional aerial vehicles over the national capital due to security reasons. Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora has issued an order that para-gliders, para-motors, hang-gliders, UAVs, UAS, microlight aircraft, remotely piloted aircraft, hot air balloons, small Aerial vehicles such as aircraft will not be allowed in the city.

At the same time, a guideline has also been issued by the police, which states that some criminals or anti-social elements or terrorists who are enemies of India, using sub-conventional aerial platforms like para-gliders, paras to attack the general public, dignitaries and Can pose a threat to the security of critical installations. The Police Commissioner has issued a warning under Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure regarding the ban. Wherein, the violator will be punished under section 188 of the IPC. This ban will remain in force till February 15.
