After hearing the arguments of both the sides, the court has given a big relief to Imran Khan from arrest. The court adjourned the hearing in the Toshakhan case till March 30. Along with this, the court has stayed the police action against Imran.

Yesterday on Saturday, Pakistan Police had taken possession of Imran Khan’s Zaman Park house in his absence. During this, Imran Khan was going to appear in the Islamabad court. On the other hand, the police entered Imran’s house by breaking the door and started searching the house. During the search, 20 rifles including Kalashnikov and bottles of petrol bombs were recovered from Imran’s house. Along with this, bulldozer action was also seen at Imran’s house yesterday. At that time Imran’s wife was the only one in the house. As soon as the police raided the house, the demonstration of Imran Khan’s supporters started. The supporters also opened fire from the terrace of Imran’s house. PTI supporters staged violent demonstrations in several parts of the country. 10 PTI workers and three policemen were injured in this demonstration. Clashes between the police and Imran’s supporters were also witnessed at several places, with stones being pelted at the police.

Water cannons were used on the protesters and lathis were charged on them. At the same time, before Imran Khan was about to reach the court, there was a fierce clash between security forces and Khan’s supporters outside the judicial premises. The situation was brought under control by the police after a lot of effort.
