Now the name of a European country Portugal has also been included in this. The Parliament of Portugal has given legal recognition to euthanasia. In this country, people above the age of 18 can seek assistance for their death, but for this also they have to follow some rules.
What are the rules of euthanasia
According to the law made by the Parliament of Portugal, certain rules have been set for euthanasia. In this, people above 18 years of age can request for euthanasia only when they are suffering from some serious illness. This rule is valid only for people suffering from permanent and unbearable pain. Along with this, euthanasia will not be given so easily, for that it is also very important for the person to be mentally fit and this law will not apply to any foreign national. No foreigner can come here and ask for euthanasia.

Netherlands first legalized euthanasia
