Step 1. First of all go to https://fcs.up.gov.in/FoodPortal.aspx.

Step 2. Login by creating Login ID.

Step 3. On the home page, you will get the option to add new member names.

Step 5. After submitting you will get a number from which you can track the process of the form.

Step 6. After verification by the concerned authorities, you will be sent the updated ration card.
