Google Map News: Google Street View will now be available in many places in India. Launched in India last year, the feature was initially limited to a few cities, but now users can view 360-degree views of even smaller towns and villages in India.
It was banned for six years due to security reasons. Although the feature returned to Google Maps last year after a long ban, while most places in India have 360-degree viewing options, some places are still accessible through static images.
This feature is present in both the mobile and web versions of Google Maps, but the web version has some additional features, such as showing the month and year when the photo was taken. The web version has an ‘Explore’ option, which shows 360-degree images of nearby places.

step 1: Go to Google Maps and search for your destination location.
Step 2: Go to the bottom right corner of the screen and click on the Street View icon. Available locations will appear in blue on Google Street View.
Step 3: Zoom in and click on the street you want to view.

step 1: Update your Google Maps application.
Step 2: Open Google Maps.
Step 3: Search for your destination.
Step 4: At the top right corner, click on the layer icon and choose Street View. Available locations will appear in blue on Google Street View.
Step 5: To get a 360 degree image, zoom in and click on the street view you want.
What is Immersive View
Generative AI is coming to Google Maps to make navigation a whole lot easier. As a result, Immersive View, which was launched recently, is getting a 3D view while navigating.
