5G Launch: Airtel 5G service started in these cities of Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, users will get 30 times faster network

Telecom operator Bharti Airtel has expanded its 5G Plus services to other cities in Uttarakhand and Rajasthan. Airtel has made its 5G services live in Rajasthan’s Jodhpur, Ajmer, Alwar, Bikaner and Bhilwara. At the same time, from today the users of Haridwar will also get the benefit of high speed network. With this rollout, Airtel 5G Plus service is now available in over 140 cities.

Airtel 5G Plus service is now available to the users of total 8 cities of Rajasthan. This includes Jodhpur, Ajmer, Alwar, Bikaner, Bhilwara, Jaipur, Udaipur and Kota. At the same time, Airtel’s 5G network is already available in Dehradun, the capital of Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. Airtel 5G Plus network in Haridwar is available in Har Ki Pauri, Jagjitpur, Shivalik Nagar, Jwalapur, Bahadarabad, Ranipur, Khanna Nagar and Brampuri. Airtel users in the launch cities can now experience ultrafast network and enjoy speeds up to 20-30 times faster than existing 4G speeds.

Airtel CEO Gopal Vittal has said that the company will make its 5G service available in 300 cities across the country by the end of March 2023. The telecom giant is expected to provide 5G coverage across India by March 2024. As of now, Airtel’s 5G+ network is available in over 140 cities across the country. Airtel recently launched Airtel 5G Plus services in fifteen new cities in West Bengal, taking the total number of Airtel 5G Plus cities in Bihar to 16. Airtel says that the rollout of Airtel 5G Plus services will be implemented gradually.
