These allegations against Sameer Wankhede
For your information, let us tell you that CBI has accused Sameer Wankhede in Aryan Khan’s case. The CBI alleges that Sameer had demanded a bribe of Rs 25 crore to release Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan. Apart from this, the agency has also alleged that Sameer did not even inform his seniors about the case.
Bombay High Court gave this decision
It is worth noting that even on May 18, the CBI had called Sameer Wankhede for questioning, but he did not reach there. Sameer filed a writ petition in the Delhi High Court. However, the Delhi High Court advised him to approach the Bombay High Court. After this Sameer Wankhede reached Bombay Court. On Friday, May 19, the court directed that no action should be taken at Wankhede till May 22. Well, the court also directed him to appear before the CBI on 20 May i.e. today. Following this order, Sameer Wankhede has reached the CBI office.
