Now in this case, Sapna Gill has filed a case against Prithvi Shaw under sections 34, 120B, 146, 148, 149, 323, 324, 351, 354 and 509 of IPC. In the complaint filed through advocate Kashif Ali Khan, Sapna Gill claimed that the allegations filed in the FIR filed against her are absolutely false and incorrect. It is also said that Sapna has been implicated in the case.
