According to media reports, former MP Jaya Prada is accused of violating the model code of conduct during the 2019 Lok Sabha election campaign. A case is going on in the court regarding this. It is being said that the former MP was to appear in the court on November 8. But, she could not appear in the court. Now he has been given time till 17th November. If reports are to be believed, this information has been given by Prosecution Officer Amarnath Tiwari. He says that despite the non-bailable warrant being issued against the actress, she did not appear in the court on November 8. After which the court has now kept the next hearing of this case on November 17 while continuing the NBW proceedings.
