Jacqueline filed a complaint against Sukesh
Actress Jacqueline Fernandez has written a letter to Delhi Police Chief Sanjay Arora and lodged a complaint against big thug Sukesh Chandrashekhar. In the letter, the actress has made allegations against Sukesh saying that he is harassing and threatening her from inside the jail. Jacqueline Fernandez claims that Sukesh is continuously harassing her from jail and says that she is in danger from Sukesh.
The actress has requested the Police Commissioner to intervene quickly in this matter. Even before this, Sukesh used to express his feelings by sending letters to the actress from jail, taking action against which the actress has also complained about this to the police several times.
‘I am being threatened with jail’
According to the report of ‘Indian Express’, Jacqueline Fernandes has recently written a letter to Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora. In the letter he had written- "I am a responsible citizen who has found myself unknowingly embroiled in a matter whose outcome will reflect adversely on the rule of law and our judicial system. As a prosecution witness in a case registered under Special Cell, I am being mentally harassed and threatened."
He further wrote, "A person calling himself Sukesh is the accused, who is sitting behind the bars in Mandoli jail and is openly threatening me in public."
‘My safety is at risk’
Jacqueline has told the Police Commissioner in her letter that there is a threat to her safety, hence investigation into this matter should be started as soon as possible. It has also demanded that an FIR be registered against Sukesh under sections of the IPC as he is a ‘prosecution witness’ in a case under the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA).
