Actor Sameer Khakhar, who became popular with Nukkad serial, died, breathed his last at the age of 71

Sameer Khakkar: Another sad news has come out from the corridors of Bollywood. Actor Sameer Khakhar, who played the role of Skull in the Doordarshan serial Nukkad, has passed away. At the age of 71, the actor has gone to say goodbye to the world. The film industry has suffered a major setback due to the demise of the famous actor. The industry was yet to recover from the loss of director and actor Satish Kaushik. Now the death of another veteran actor has given a big blow to the Bollywood industry.

Sameer Khakhar passed away

Sameer Khakhar’s son Satish Khakhar has confirmed his father’s death in an interview to the media. He said that Sameer Khakhar had trouble breathing since Tuesday night. After that he went to sleep. When he started becoming unconscious, the doctor was called. Then the doctor got him admitted to the ICU. In the hospital, he had difficulty in passing urine. After this the actor was put on ventilator. Then his heart stopped doing sport. Sameer Khakhar died at 4:30 am on Wednesday. His son also informed that his last time passed in unconsciousness.

Talking about film career, Sameer Khakhar had made a special identity in the films of the 90s. However, after a time he said goodbye to the acting world. Not only this, he had left India in the year 1996 and was living in America. Sameer used to work as a Java coder in America. But after the recession in 2008, he lost his job. Sameer Khakar had told in one of his interviews that after coming back from America, he used to ask his friends for work. Whatever acting role Sameer got in the country.
