SSC GD Result 2023 Date: Staff Selection Commission had recruited 50 thousand revised posts of constable rank in BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, AR and SSF. Along with this, more than 30 lakh candidates are waiting for the result of GD Constable Exam. No official announcement has been made by the Commission regarding SSC GD Result 2023 yet. According to media reports, the result can be announced at the end of this month. After the result is out, the candidates keep checking their updates from time to time by visiting the official website of SSC GD at ssc.nic.in.

The GD Constable exam was conducted from 10 January to 14 February 2023 for 24 thousand advertised posts through SSC. Now all these candidates are waiting for the result. Along with this, the candidates are also preparing for the Physical Efficiency Test and Physical Standard Test for the next stage. Meanwhile, SSC had earlier taken out recruitment on its vacant 45 thousand posts, now it has been increased to 50 thousand. It is worth noting for the candidates that SSC will declare 8 times the number of its vacant posts i.e. 4 lakh candidates qualified for the physical round.
Actually, lakhs of aspirants waiting for SSC GD Result 2023 have to note that on the basis of merit list only candidates will be qualified who secure minimum marks i.e. cut-off as per category wise. As per the exam notification, it is mandatory for unreserved candidates to score a minimum of 30% marks to be declared qualified for PET. There is a 25 per cent cut-off for OBC candidates and EWS candidates. Along with this, 20 per cent cut-off has been fixed for general category candidates. Also, incentive marks will be given in the certificate of NCC pass candidates.
