JEE Mains April 2023 Session: The application process for JEE Main entrance exam is now in its final stage. Till late night of March 9, more than two lakh applications have been received for the April session exam. These are the students who did not appear in the JEE Main exam to be held in January and are applying for the April session exam.
Increase in the number of unique candidates
This year in 2023, the number of unique candidates is expected to increase significantly. During this, the number of unique candidates is being estimated to be more than 11 lakhs. The last date to apply for students is March 12. However, only two days are left for the interested students to register for the entrance exam.
Those with less than 75 percent marks will also be able to apply
In this regard, Engineering Career Counselor and Education Expert Amit Ahuja said that if the student does not have 75 percent marks in the 12th board, he can also apply for the JEE Main exam. He said that this is not a board just for giving exams. To give JEE Main exam, the student should have only 12th pass. Also, said that there are many such institutes, which make it mandatory for the student to have 75% marks in 12th for this entrance exam and the application form of the student without 75% is not submitted. Due to this the dream of the students remains unfulfilled. But, now those who get less than 75 percent marks can also fulfill their dream by applying.

Different places have been selected for admission on the basis of JEE Main, such as Triple IT Delhi, Nirma Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, MIT Pune as well as many big institutes. At the same time, there are many big admission institutes for JEE Advanced like Rajiv Gandhi Petroleum, Visakhapatnam, IIP Visakhapatnam etc. Students will have to apply separately for all these institutions and its application process will start in May and June.
