Haryana Budget 2023: Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal has presented a budget of 1 lakh 83 thousand 950 crore in this year’s budget. All classes have been given importance by CM Manohar. • In 2023-24, two lakh unemployed youth will be given skill training for National Skill Qualification Framework through Haryana Skill Development Mission specific training and courses.

• Incubation centers will be set up to encourage youth for startups. It is also proposed to set up a Venture Capital Fund in collaboration with banks and financial institutions.

• A provision of Rs 250 crore has been made for skill training of two lakh youth in 2023-24. If necessary, there will be provision of separate budget in addition to this proposed amount.

• In order to increase the employability and efficiency of youth, it has been said to pay special attention to skills for employment through Haryana Skill Development Mission, Vishwakarma Skill University and Haryana Skill Employment Corporation.

• Skill Center for Emerging Technologies set up at Vishwakarma Skill University in association with technology companies to train around 5,000 youth every year for jobs in the areas of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, data analytics, programming and electric vehicle manufacturing Will be done.

Vishwakarma Kaushal Vishwavidyalaya will make the Mukhyamantri Kaushal Mitra Fellowship Scheme a pilot scheme by associating the youth with it, which will prove to be helpful in fulfilling the national objectives.

• Haryana Overseas Placement Cell will identify overseas placement needs and skill requirements. For these jobs, the youth of Haryana will be sent abroad in a suitable manner. The government is preparing to provide short term foreign language training in languages ​​like German, Japanese, Italian to the youth looking for jobs abroad.

• Government has started Government ITI for more and more girl students to get admission in ITI. A student taking admission in B.E. Those whose annual family income is less than Rs 3 lakh will be given financial assistance of Rs 2,500. It is also proposed to allocate Rs 1,636 crore to the youth sector for 2023-24.
