Patralekhaa pens heartfelt note for beau Rajkummar Rao: Happy birthday my most precious

As Rajkummar Rao turns 35 today girlfriend Patralekhaa took to Instagram to wish the birthday boy. The Citylights actress penned an emotional post for her boyfriend on his special day.

Sharing pictures of the Newton actor, she wrote, "Happy birthday, my most precious, my dearest @rajkummar_rao. It’s so difficult to translate my feelings into words especially on a platform like this. I wish nothing more for you, but, a life that is filled with peace, prosperity, learning and growth (sic)."

Rajkummar and Patralekhaa worked together in the actress's debut film, Citylights. The actors are in a releationship for quite some time now and are often spotted together. They also love to post pictures of each other on Instagram.

On Patralekhaa's birthday this year, Rajkummar wished the birthday girl with an Instagram post. Sharing a picture of the actress, he wrote, "It’s a special day for the most awesome girl. Happy birthday to the beautiful and kind @patralekhaa. May your special day and everyday that comes hereafter be filled with happiness and joyous moments (sic)."

On Valentine's Day, he shared a picture of the two lovebirds and wrote, "Happy Valentine’s Day @patralekhaa. Thank you for being in my life and for making it so beautiful. Here’s to more travel, films, fun, friendship & unlimited & unconditional love (sic)."

Apart from loving each other, the couple share a common love for cinema and travel. During their recent holiday to London, they re-enacted a popular scene from Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. In the video, Patralekhaa played Simran, while Rajkummar played the roles of Raj and Bauji, originally played by Shah Rukh Khan and Amrish Puri respectively.

During their Ireland tour, Patralekhaa became Rajkummar's muse as he clicked pictures of the love of his life.

The couple is also spotted attending various public events together. Sharing a picture of the two from a recent event, the Nanu Ki Jaanu actress wrote, "He's out his head, I'm out my mind. We got that love, the crazy kind. I am his and he is mine. In the end, it's him and I, him and I."

In an interview with Human of Bombay, the actress talked about their love story. She said, "I saw him for the first time in LSD. I thought the weird guy he played was actually what he was like. My perception of him was tarnished! He told me later, that he first saw me in an ad & thought, I’m going to marry her.’ It was so ironic!"

She added, "Once we began working togetherit was magic. The kind of passion he had was powerful & I couldn’t respect him any more than I did then! We spoke about our work, love for cinema, passions I saw him through his struggles, never giving up. How could we not fall for each other? We didn’t officially go on dates, but we’d go for drives, movies, or just sit at home. We accompanied each other for auditions, just for support. All we needed was that understanding. "
