The second public beta for iOS 13 brings the FaceTime Attention Correction feature that was first spotted on the Developer Preview build last week. The feature essentially uses ARKit to artificially correct your eyes in real time so that it looks like you are maintaining eye contact with the person on screen even while you're looking at the camera. iOS 13 also gets stability improvements.
iPadOS, as you may be aware, is a new software dedicated for the iPad. It is a forked version of iOS that allows Apple to offer more features specifically designed for the iPad such as better multitasking gestures and redesign UI for better productivity.
The second beta build for iPadOS brings a new animation to help users keep track of the active Split View window. The latest update also brings full-page screenshots and a few more features including stability improvements.
If you're already on the first public beta version of iOS 13 of iPadOS, you will be able to update to the second beta build by heading to Settings > General > Software Update. Users on a stable iOS version who want to try out the public beta update will have to first head over to Apple's beta program website to enrol their device, following which they will have to follow certain steps to download and instal the public beta build. As these are beta versions, one should note that they will come with bugs and issues, so it would be wise to backup your data if you are installing them on your primary devices.
