The internet has been in a state of frenzy ever since Apple sent out the invites for its September 10 event featuring a colourful Apple logo fueling rumours that the company's upcoming iPhone lineup could be available in five peppy colour variants. Now a new reports suggests that the iPhone XR successor - the Apple iPhone 11 Pro - may come in a colour variant that is similar to the colour option available for newly launched Samsung Galaxy Note 10.

According to a report by Mobile Fun, the iPhone 11 Pro will come in a Galaxy Note 10-like gradient colour variant. The device is likely to feature a colour variant that is similar to Note 10's Aura Glow colour variant. It is worth noting that gradient colour versions, especially the ones similar to Note 10 aren't exactly new to the smartphone market. Realme XT comes in an Aura Glow like colour variant. Besides this, Huawei too has been launching smartphones with gradient finish. However, if this report is true, this would be the first Apple would launch a smartphone that divulges from its age-old trend of launching phones in a single colour.

Besides talking about the colour variants of the iPhone 11 Pro, the site also noted that the Cupertino, California based tech giant could launch iPhone XR successor - the iPhone 11 -- in five colour variants that will be similar to the colous displayed by the company in its invite. This includes - green, blue, yellow, red and lavender. Some reports in the past have suggested that Apple could add a green coloured variant to its iPhone XR successor but none of them suggested that Apple would ditch its classic black and white colour variants completely. But the new report suggests otherwise.

Separately, iPhone 11 is likely to come with a 6.1-inch LCD screen while the iPhone 11 Pro and the iPhone 11 Pro Max are likley to come with 5.8 and 6.5-inch OLED display. While the iPhone XR successor is likely to come with dual-rear camera setup, the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max are likely to come with a triple-rear-camera setup consisting of an additional ultra wide angle lens. The three phones will run on the A13 chipset and be powered by iOS 13.
